I started running in 2016 and now that I've made it a part of me I haven't been able to stop ever since. I love that it challenges me to stay active and seek improvement in both technique and performance.

I've run in over ten official races between 10k and 15k in Colombia, and my greatest achievement yet has beem running two official half marathons in Colombia, the first in 2018 and the second in 2023, with more yet to run.

Afterward, I decided to share my experience as an amateur runner with other people so I started a blog and an Instagram page.

There are ways of expanding our mind's borders without us having to physically travel to another place yet as enriching as doing so and it's at the grasp of our hands.

I've traveled across different eras and met countless people through magic, realism, and science fiction, but I've also walked through some of the most prestigious universities around the world learning from well-studied and experienced experts regarding fields like entrepreneurship, economics, psychology, and history. I deeply enjoy immersing myself in a book since every page is a new world waiting to be discovered.

Words are to the writer what paintbrushes are to painters; they both have a vast color pallet from which inconceivable amounts of shades can be generated with infinite possible combinations that allow each artist to create or destroy, to give life or to take it away, to shape reality as they see fit.

For me, writing is genuinely a pure way of portraying my inner self, especially regarding poetry. Most of the poems I write are in Spanish, I have two poetic anthologies published, though I've been incursioning into writing in English.

I have two poetic anthologies in Spanish available in Amazon published in 2022; La Ausencia de Tu Querer and Después de Esta Noche de Luna Llena. As a side project, I'm working on my first novel in Spanish.

Discovering new places through their people, culture, food, and sights is my favorite way to feed my curiosity as well as constantly letting life dazzle me with little things that spark the flame of my spirit filling it with excitement.

In my experience, traveling is an adventure that passively tests my soft skills in complex situations and, since I allow it, pushes me out of my comfort zone which is where all the discovery and learning comes from.
