Lab Director

Xiaoxiao Hu is an associate professor in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at Old Dominion University. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Peking University and her doctoral degree in I-O psychology from George Mason University. Her primary research areas include workplace affect, relational dynamics in organizations, employee development, and performance evaluation. Her work has appeared in journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, Work & Stress, and Human Performance. She currently serves on the editorial board of Journal of Business and Psychology.
