By downloading or using Radix DICOM ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Radix DICOM is an educational and reference tool. It is not FDA-cleared and is not a medical device.
The app is designed for viewing DICOM images for educational, reference, and informational purposes only. It is not intended for primary diagnosis, treatment planning, or any clinical decision-making.
Always verify findings with a cleared PACS workstation or FDA-approved diagnostic display. The developer assumes no liability for any clinical decisions made using this software.
FREE TIER
The current version of the app is free. All features currently shipped are available at no cost forever. See the app's Play Store listing for the current feature set.
PRO SUBSCRIPTION
When a paid tier is introduced, the following terms apply:
Billing: Subscription payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Your subscription is managed through your Google account, not by the app developer.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes: You will be notified of price changes before they take effect.
- Refunds: Google Play's standard refund policy applies. Additionally, first-time subscribers may request a refund within 30 days by emailing the developer.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Use the app in a manner that violates HIPAA or equivalent healthcare privacy regulations in your jurisdiction
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The app, including its code, design, name, and branding, is proprietary. All rights reserved.
DICOM is a registered trademark of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by NEMA.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM CLINICAL DECISIONS MADE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
UPDATES
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
