The outfit consists of enormous sleeves made out of ruffles which represent the deformity and mutation caused by radioactivity. The edges of the ruffles are overlocked using baby overlock stitches which portray a large amount of radioactive substances running in our blood. The waist band visualizes radioactive chemicals running down the skirt showing the extremity of damage in a nuclear-decayed world. Our design also shows substantial amounts of skin, depicting the vulnerability of humans, nature and the earth when faced with nuclear disasters.
