These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radaris application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Radaris provides weather, radar, and route-based insights for informational purposes only.
You agree to:
use the App in compliance with applicable laws
not misuse or interfere with the App
not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
The App provides weather-related information that may not always be accurate or up-to-date.
We do not guarantee:
accuracy
completeness
reliability
You should not rely solely on the App for critical decisions such as safety or emergency situations.
Radaris offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Weekly subscription
Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered:
it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radaris shall not be liable for:
any direct or indirect damages
losses resulting from reliance on weather data
decisions made based on App information
All content, features, and design elements of the App are owned by Radaris.
You may not:
copy
distribute
modify
without prior permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
