End User License Agreement (EULA) – Radaris

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Radaris.

1. License Grant

Radaris grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• modify or copy the App

• reverse engineer or decompile the App

• use the App for unlawful purposes

3. Subscriptions

Radaris offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly plan

• Monthly plan

• Yearly plan

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation

• error-free service

• accuracy of data

6. Limitation of Liability

Radaris shall not be liable for:

• any damages arising from use of the App

• reliance on weather or route information

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

8. Apple Terms

This Agreement is between you and Radaris, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for:

• the App’s content

• maintenance or support

• any claims related to the App

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
