Through community events, Chosen Family Circle, outreach, education, and partnership, we work to foster connection, celebrate individuality, promote well-being, and create opportunities for people to feel seen, valued, empowered, and heard.

Chosen Family Circle is a welcoming space that we us to help us connect, learn, share, laugh, and grow together. Bringing the community together to build meaningful connections, Chosen Family Circle helps us support one another, and guides us to create the community where everyone will feel seen, valued, and welcome.
