What started as a vision to create more spaces for LGBTQ+ people and allies has grown into a grassroots community organization focused on connection, belonging, and meaningful community engagement.
Through Pride celebrations, community gatherings, Chosen Family Circle, outreach, partnerships, and opportunities to give back, Racine Pride Company continues to create spaces where people can come together, build relationships, and know that they are not alone.
Our story is still being written—and we believe the best chapters are created together, with the community we serve.

Welcome to Racine Pride Company!
I'm Tra'vone " Prince Trae " Bogan, Founder and Executive Director of Racine Pride Company. I created Racine Pride Company from a simple belief: community matters, and everyone deserves a place where they can feel seen, valued, supported, and free to be themselves.
Racine Pride Company is rooted in connection. We are here to create spaces where people can come together, build relationships. share their experiences, celebrate who they are, and support one another through both the joys and challenges of life.
As a community organizer, I believe that some of the most meaningful change begins with listening. That's why Racine Pride Company is committed to growing alongside the people we serve.
Whether you volunteer, join us at chosen family circle, or attend pride fest or other events over the summer, there is a place for you here!
