Hello, and thanks for stopping by my website!
I am a linguist with research interests in speech perception, phonetics and psycholinguistics. My dissertation examined phonetic variation through the lens of an ongoing sound change in Cantonese. I investigated the effects of regular exposure to pronunciation variants in a heterogeneous bilingual community, and the perceptual flexibility this breeds from a dual-lexical mapping perspective.
Outside of research, I work as the Digital Services Manager at Kwusen Research and Media, where I develop teaching and learning tools for over 40 Indigenous communities and organizations across Canada.
