There is advice about the KCL PhD application process here: https://blogs.kcl.ac.uk/nms/2021/11/18/how-to-apply-for-a-mathematics-phd-at-kings-a-step-by-step-guide/

I am keen to support postdocs applying for fellowships such as those sponsored by EPSRC, Leverhulme, Marie Curie, the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, the London Mathematical Society or the K.C. Wong Foundation, for example. I believe it is also possible to come to the UK as an NSF postdoc. Do get in touch if you are a number theorist interested in applying for a postdoctoral fellowship to be held at KCL. There is an internal pre-selection for most fellowships: for details, go to https://www.kcl.ac.uk/mathematics/research and click on Mathematics Fellowships.
