GET BACK TO THE BEAUTIFUL BASICS.
L'Occitane wanted to redesign a flagship store located on Regent Street, in London. The new concept could be no less than an iconic and unforgettable retail experience that redefined the brand.
We went back to the essence of L'Occitane, and re-discovered their purpose as a cultivator of diverse and extraordinary botanics who endeavours to share the gifts of nature. The new flagship offered the best of the brand. Botanical Enrichment: A captivating, luxurious experience around botanical benefits, products, and knowledge that enrich your life.
- A living landscape of iconic experiences that embody the Provençal soul of L’Occitane.
- A sensorial stage for guests to discover the potential of each botanical ingredient.
- An inviting atmosphere created by artisans, with authentic interaction at the heart.
Botanical Enrichment is a captivating, luxurious experience around botanical benefits, products, and knowledge that enrich your life.

We concepted and designed the flagship experience, including touchpoints like a beautiful and educational Botanic World columns, a Sunshine Fountain for indulgent product trial, and a Living Beauty Bar whose services and energy could be seen from outside the store.
