I offer a gentle, grounded space devoted to nervous system support, authentic connection, and coming home to yourself.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle bodywork modality that supports your nervous system in releasing stress and settling into deep calm. Many clients describe sessions as deeply restful—like the most nourishing rest their body has had in a long time.
A 90-minute session begins with a brief check-in, followed by time resting fully clothed on a massage table, comfortably supported with pillows and a blanket. Through gentle, attuned touch and guided awareness, your body leads the process—releasing tension and restoring balance at its own pace. We close the session by slowly re-orienting, allowing time to integrate, and checking in together about your experience.
You may notice subtle sensations such as warmth, movement, emotion, or a growing sense of ease as your system settles. The effects often continue after the session, supporting greater self-awareness, regulation, and resilience.

These workshops offer practical, compassionate support for tending to mental and emotional well-being, especially within the contexts of motherhood, caregiving, and midlife transition. Grounded in nervous system education, relational safety, and embodied practices, workshops blend learning with experiential exercises you can bring into daily life. Topics may include stress regulation, emotional resilience, boundaries, self-compassion, and reconnecting with creativity and meaning. Workshops are designed to feel accessible, human, and supportive—not clinical or overwhelming. You’ll leave with both insight and tools, along with the reassurance that what you’re experiencing makes sense.
