I am a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) who works with women who are feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed by the demands of life.
Craniosacral therapy played a profound role in my own healing. Before experiencing this work, my nervous system lived in a state of hyper‑vigilance—marked by anxiety, poor sleep, and constant readiness to flee. Through craniosacral sessions, I learned to slow down, track sensation, and develop the ability to self‑regulate. This work supported my nervous system in finding true healing for the first time.
I completed a two‑year, 700‑hour certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in 2012, studying under John and Anna Chitty at the Colorado School of Energy Studies. Over the past 14 years, I have worked with women across many life stages, including pregnant and postpartum mothers, burnt-out caregivers, individuals preparing for or recovering from surgery, and those navigating profound life transitions and the tender work of healing from past experiences.
I had my own sweet baby during the isolation of the pandemic, which deepened my understanding of how essential presence, touch, and community are for mental and emotional well‑being.
It is an honor to offer this work.
