My primary clinical experiences have been providing outpatient therapy with adult populations in university mental health and community mental health settings, with some specialized experience in trauma treatment and LGBTQ mental health. I've also co-facilitated several therapy groups, such as DBT skills groups, and conducted cognitive assessments. I've worked both in-person and via telehealth.

I'm a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland and registered as a clinical psychologist by the UK Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

My goals for therapy involve balancing support and skill-building in-the-moment with preparing clients to "be their own therapists" after our time together. I generally  come from  a cognitive framework, with attention to interpersonal dynamics and integration of dialectical behavioral skills as needed. I am neurodiversity-affirming and draw on multicultural and feminist perspectives.
