The 'Race' and Socially Engaged Research Blog launched in November 2023 and encourages new submissions to be published to our website every month. We welcome submissions from across academic disciplines, at various research stages and beyond academia.

If you are interested in submitting a piece for our blog please email us a brief proposal at antiracismworkinggroup@gmail.com with:
Blog title.
Short description (100 word max).
Earliest date that you can submit a final version of the piece.
The blogs will be published on a rolling basis, so we just request that you email us with a title/idea and a rough timescale so that we can schedule your publication. All blog submissions must be 800-1,000 words.
Blogs that are accepted for publication will be reviewed and edited by a member of the Anti-Racism Working Group within a month of submission. Please send along with your final blog piece:
Blog title and header image.
Any links you'd like to be embedded within the text and indicate where, or include these links directly into the text of your final submission.
Any images you would like to include and indicate where.
A short profile description of yourself and your work. This includes any links to profile pages, webpages, organisations, social media, or email addresses.
