When 70%+ of a society's community dogs are vaccinated, solid pack immunity is built.
Naturally, the vaccinated dog pack prevents unfamiliar, unvaccinated dogs from moving into their territory.

Sterilization and regular vaccination eliminate mating fights, territorial aggression, and maternal defensiveness between dogs.
