Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or service.

1. Orders and Payment

1.1 Custom Orders

• All custom fursuit orders require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price. The deposit secures your place in our queue.

• Full payment is required before we begin work on your fursuit. Payment plans may be available upon request.

1.2 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and complexity of the design. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

1.3 Payment Methods

• We accept payments through Paypal.

• You must be 18 to order and the paypal must be your own.

2. Production and Shipping

2.1 Production Time

• Production time varies based on the complexity of the order and our current workload. Estimated completion times will be provided upon order confirmation.

2.2 Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice.

• We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred during shipping.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Custom Orders

• Due to the custom nature of fursuit making, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed fursuits unless there is a defect in workmanship.

3.2 Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The initial deposit is non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees may apply based on the work already completed.

4. Warranty and Repairs

4.1 Warranty

• We offer a 6-month warranty on all fursuits for defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

4.2 Repairs

• We offer repair services for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss the nature of the repair and obtain a quote.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

• All character designs and fursuit patterns created by RabidSkunkZ remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without our permission.

6. Privacy

6.1 Personal Information

• We collect personal information such as your name, address, and payment details to process your orders. This information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your order.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

• RabidSkunkZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of England.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
