Servants, also called slaves, are acquirable entities in MoR that offer the player a wide range of interaction possibilities, including work assignments, combat reinforcements, and as healers. They can be found in quests, during scavenge hunts, or purchased from dedicated slave auctions.
Slavery, more commonly called servitude, is a legal entity that is very common in Ikaanos today. An ikaanian law passed in 2293 states:
A person entering servitude gives up his or her rights to move freely, to decide his or her chores, and the control over his or her bodily integrity. A servant passes his or her rights to the bondsmaster, to whom the slave is legally signed, and lives under his mercy until the contract expires.
The law further explains:
A bondsmaster must provide for his servants and not cause them unnecessary pain or starvation. He shalt not draw blood so that his servant loses consciousness unless adequate reasons exist. He shalt not strike or whip his servant so that he or she cannot walk after a day has passed. He is not allowed to let a servant die unless the servant has drawn blood on the bondsmaster or if the servant has committed a crime that is considered serious under skyguard enforcement law. If found guilty to any of these mistreatments, a bondsmaster might forfeit his right to his slave and/or pay a fine of up to 2000 dollars.
ATTRIBUTES
Just like the player, slaves have a unique set of ATTRIBUTES, Skills and affections that decide how they interact with the world around them.
STRENGTH is a measurement of a slave's physical power and muscular build. It affects the outcome of wrestling matches and unarmed struggles against the MC or other foes. STRENGTH also decides her efficiency with larger melee weapons.
The attribute's main use, however, is as a modifier to the damage done in melee combat.

STAMINA affects the amount of damage a slave receives in combat. It also determines how fast she can heal injuries naturally and how long it takes before she becomes over-fatigued during sexual activities.
This ATTRIBUTE also modifies the outcome of physical training sessions.

Stamina can be negatively affected by:

DEXTERITY measures a slave's general agility, combat dodge capability, and her stealth abilities. It's a vital attribute when escaping enemies or if she's attempting any type of dexterous feat.
If this attribute reaches 70 or more, the slave gets a small bonus to every Stealth check she undertakes on quests or while escaping from her current household.
Increase Dexterity:
By including slave when training your own DEXTERITY at home
Through random events
With a one time increase when slave reaches 80+ in Riding skill
By homeschooling your slave in Acrobatics or Dancing
By applying slave to the Acrobatics program at Whitehaven Academy
Dexterity can be negatively affected by:

INTELLIGENCE determines a slave's wits. A high value boosts the chance of success during training sessions and the speed of learning while attending academy programs.
A slave with high Intelligence also receives a hidden bonus during escape attempts. She can also plan her escapes more properly – like trying to bolt out from your mansion if you've forgotten to check the perimeter or right after dismissing your mercenaries.
Increase Intelligence:
By applying your slave to various courses at the Academy (not Acrobatics or Domestic)
By letting your slave work as a lecturer or professor at the Academy

A slave's WILLPOWER determines her obedience and confidence. A high willpower (above 40) severely limits a slavemaster's possibilities of making his servant more docile.
Positive effects of high-willpower slaves are few, but it does increase her learning abilities somewhat, as she's keen on finding her own ways through your lessons. It's also good to maintain a high WILLPOWER if you want to raise a slave's CHARISMA.
A slave's DISCIPLINE determines her study focus and her ability to learn. This is a highly praised attribute that entails neatness and success. It has very few drawbacks.
You can raise Discipline by letting a slave be an active equestrian or by studies at the university.
Kindness determines a slave's willingness to help you, accept your proposals, and to help other slave's that are in need. A high Kindness adds a small success chance to all persuasion attempts - as she doesn't want to disappoint you.
A Kindness above 50 makes the slave gullible, however, causing her to be more susceptible to Risks during courses or while working at vendors.

The master's cruelty
Happiness is a very important value that completely controls a slave's behavior and general well-being. A happy slave will be much easier to persuade, she'll participate in activities more gladly, and seldom feel the need to run away.
An unhappy slave will not act maidly. Instead, she'll risk growing rebellious thoughts (in conjunction with a high enough willpower) and be more active in plotting escapes.

Beauty is a value most slaves are born with. It's hard to affect – a perfume or makeup might give it a temporary boost, and only scars and aging (beauty begins to decrease after a slave reaches 35 years) can decrease it.
Beauty weighs heavily if you're planning on selling or purchasing slaves, as it considerably boosts her Market value.
A slave with high Charisma knows how to smile, move her body, greet strangers, and what kind of clothes to wear at special occasions. It makes her either boring and uninteresting, or an exotic creature that gets everyone's attention.
Charisma increases slowly if a slave maintains a combination of high Willpower (30 or above) and a high enough Happiness (40 or above). This gives her room to improve her own confidence and character in front of the mirror.
A slavehandler can dress his more docile slaves in different clothes, give her perfumes, and hope that working at Nika's or the academy somehow positively affects her Charisma.
A very unhappy slave (4 or below) has a small chance of permanently decreasing her Charisma, however.
SKILLS
All slaves have a broad set of skills that affect their character, work possibilities and other factors that can be used by the player in various ways.
Academics determines a slave's general knowledge and education. Reaching a value of 40 enables her to work as a lecturer at the academy. A value of 70 makes her eligible for a professor's assignment, which also brings you a boost in Influence.

Science determines a slave's general knowledge and education in natural history, computer hardware, and mechanical knowledge. Reaching a value of 40 enables her to work as a lecturer at the academy. A value of 70 makes her eligible for a professor's assignment, which also brings you a boost in Influence.

By letting your slave work as a lecturer or professor

A slave's Domestic value determines her cooking skills, cleaning skills, neatness, and ability to decorate your home.
It's a vital skill for slaves that are mostly kept at home and it affects your long-term Influence gain.

By letting your slave work as a maid at your household
Through random events
Acrobatics measures a slave's plasticity. It's considered a fine art in Ikaanos and a girl who's interested in acrobatics yearn for attending the prestigious acrobatics shows in Crystal Hills. There are three competitions taking place there each year and a slavehandler with a good stable of girls can gain a lot of Influence and cash if he's successful.
Acrobatics also gives a small dodge boost in melee combat and negates some Stamina loss during rough sex.

Through random events
Dancing shows are almost as popular as the art of acrobatics. It's common for slavehandlers to apply slave's with good dancing skills to one of Ikaanos finer restaurants, where she performs in front of high-class visitors each night.
A high Dancing value gives a very small Dodge boost in melee combat.

The survival skill determines a slave's ability to handle herself in the wilderness, including building camps, gathering edible materials, fishing, and tracking wild animals.
A slave's vaginal skill tells of her experience in pleasing her master (or one of his guests) through traditional sex.
This skill is only active in cowgirl positions.
A slave's oral skill determines how fast she can make her master (or one of his guests) ejaculate while performing a blowjob.
Tongue piercings (WIP) automatically enhances a slave's oral skills.
Anal proficiency is not a skill in the strictest sense, but a sign of how well a slave can relax her sphincter and take larger manhoods anally.
A high kissing skill creates all those important details while cuddling with a slave. Like her softness, the forming of her mouth, how she bites your neck, or how she holds you lovingly in her arms.
STATES
"States" are hidden or partly hidden factors that determine a slave's affection toward kinks, the player or other phenomenons. Some states are very temporary while others can take months to change.
One of the most important values to keep track on while interacting with a slave. This tells how she perceives her master, and her feelings toward him. It determines everything – her willingness to participate in sexual intercourse, her escape chance, her willingness to help you with injuries, and how much she reveals about her past during interactions.

Respect is a hard-earned value that increases if you defeat enemies with your slaves present (and conscious). Successfully managing certain dangerous events might also increase Respect.
This tells if your servants see you as a warlord or just an ordinary civilian.
Certain unique (and very rare) events might lower Respect, but it's a very stable value that never decrease over time.
Respect boosts all domination and charm attempts. A slave is more likely to participate in sexual intercourse or do as you command her (even if she doesn’t like it) if you've defeated an army of soldiers and freebooters in front of her eyes.
