DBS has successfully built a stable leadership pipeline through "Act less like a bank and more like a Tech company" strategy, flexible ABCDE start up culture and world class talent attraction and retention policy. Within the period between 2017-2019, there are 10 vacancies in the board of management, and 9/10 are filled through internal transfer.
This research includes the change in DBS leadership structure from 2009 to 2019, the Success Profile of important C-suite position holders, especially ones who are nurtured from within.
