User Agreement

This User Agreement (Agreement) governs your use of the Quotly mobile application (Quotly or the App). By tapping Enter App, downloading, installing, or using Quotly, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About Quotly
Quotly is a creative tool that helps you turn photos into quote posters. You can choose or import a background, add and style text, optionally add a simple mark or watermark, save drafts on your device, and export finished posters. Quotly is designed so that your creative work is processed and stored on your device.
2. No account required
Quotly does not require you to create an online account or enter a password to use core features. Entering the App starts a local session on your device. Content and credits remain on this device unless you export or share them yourself.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quotly for personal use, subject to this Agreement and the rules of the app store where you obtained Quotly.
4. Your content and responsibility
You retain rights to the photos and text you provide. You must have all rights needed to use any image, quote, name, logo, or other material you place on a poster. You agree not to use Quotly to create or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
5. Local drafts, exports, and media
Drafts, exported posters, imported or camera backgrounds kept in Quotly, and related preferences are stored in the App on-device storage. If you use Save to Photos or the system share sheet, copies you save or share are outside Quotly and under your control. Clearing App data, using Clear All Local Data in Settings if available, or uninstalling Quotly may permanently delete local drafts, media, and remaining credits.
6. Design Credits and in-app items
Exporting a finished poster may consume Design Credits, for example one credit per export. New users may receive a starter credit amount stored on the device. Additional credits may be offered as consumable packs listed in Settings. Credits are tied to this device or installation, are consumable, and are generally not restorable after use. Refunds, if any, follow applicable law and app-store policies. Quotly does not offer a Restore Purchases flow for consumed credits.
7. Device permissions
Quotly may request access only when you use a related feature. Camera is used when you take a background photo. Photos is used to import backgrounds and to save finished posters when you choose. Microphone and Speech Recognition are used when you dictate poster text. Notifications and tracking prompts are optional and not required to create posters. You may deny permissions. Some features will then be unavailable.
8. Acceptable use
You will not misuse credit systems, attempt to disrupt the App, reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law, or use Quotly for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimers
Quotly is provided as is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every export will meet every device or platform requirement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credits, or profits arising from your use of Quotly.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement by posting a new version at this URL and updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
