Taskey (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a gamified challenge and dare completion app designed to enable shared experiences, collaboration, and friendly competition.

• Events you create or join (including roles and permissions)

• Assignments (tasks/dares)

• Submission content (text and photos)

• Spin wheel history

• Participation and completion activity

• Logs and timestamps for performance and debugging

This data is not used to identify you personally.

4. Photos and Camera Access

Taskey accesses your device only when necessary:

Photos are uploaded only when you choose to submit them.

• Access your full photo library

• Use images for AI training or facial recognition

• Use content outside the app’s core functionality

• With other users: Event participants can see your name, photo, and submissions

• With service providers: Hosting and infrastructure partners under strict agreements

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as needed:

• Account data: while your account is active

• Event data: while active and briefly after

• Photos: until event/account deletion

• Logs: short-term for debugging

When you delete your account:

• All data is permanently deleted

• Backups are cleared within 30 days

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Edit profile details

• Change language

• Link/unlink email

• Leave events

• Delete your account

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, delete, or export your data.

8. Children’s Privacy

Taskey is not intended for users under 13.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. If identified, it will be deleted promptly.

9. Security

We implement safeguards including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS)

• Secure authentication (OTP/device-based)

• Access-controlled storage

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
