Comply with all applicable road, traffic, and safety regulations.
You acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for safely operating your vehicle and verifying all navigation instructions.
The App uses GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and other technologies to determine your location.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your location data for:
Providing navigation routes
Improving map accuracy
Real-time traffic updates
App functionality
You may disable location access in device settings, but certain App features may not work.
The Service may provide:

Estimated arrival times
Points of interest
However, you acknowledge that:
Data may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
Road conditions may change without notice.
The App should not be your sole source of navigation.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any information provided.
If the App requires account registration:
You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
Some features may require payment or a subscription.
By purchasing, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees
Allow recurring charges (if subscribing)
Review third-party app store payment terms
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The App, including its design, interface, trademarks, maps, data, and software, is owned by Quix Technologies.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
Reproduce or reuse map or navigation data without written permission.
The App may use third-party APIs, maps, or links.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party content
Their accuracy
Their policies or actions
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for emergency response or high-risk navigation
Misuse location data
Circumvent App security
Use the App for commercial fleet tracking unless authorized
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of navigation or location data
That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
That the Service will meet your expectations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Damages related to incorrect routes or map data
Traffic violations or accidents
Loss of data
Device damage
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to Quix Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Legal or security reasons
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
