Last Updated: [Date, e.g., Sep 02, 2025]
Quix Technologies("we," "our," or "us") developed the GPS Navigation app (the "App") as a free service. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.
By choosing to use our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1.2. Location Data
To provide core navigation and route guidance services, the App collects precise, real-time information about the location of your device ("Location Data"). This is fundamental to the App's functionality.
What we collect: This data includes GPS coordinates, speed, direction, and altitude to offer accurate turn-by-turn navigation, traffic-aware routing, and estimated time of arrival.
Background Collection: This functionality requires that location collection continues even when the App is in the background or not in use. This is only performed if you have explicitly granted the necessary permission through your device's operating system.
Permission: You can enable or disable location services for the App at any time through your device settings. Please note, disabling location permissions will prevent the App from functioning.
1.3. Device and Log Information
To ensure the App functions correctly across different devices and to help us diagnose problems, we automatically collect certain information. This information may also be collected by our third-party partners.
Device Information: Includes your device’s model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), mobile network information, and battery level.
Log Data: In the event of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Usage Data: We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This includes features you use, search queries within the App, and interaction with advertisements.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various purposes:
To Provide and Maintain Our Service: Primarily, to deliver accurate GPS navigation, mapping, and route guidance.
To Improve and Personalize Our Service: To develop new features, understand how users interact with the App, and optimize performance and user experience.
For Analytics: To analyze usage trends and track the effectiveness of features through tools like Google Analytics for Firebase.
For Crash Reporting: To identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and crashes that affect user experience through Firebase Crashlytics.
For Advertising: To serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements within the App through services like AdMob.
To Communicate With You: To send you service-related notices (such as updates to our policies) and, if you opt-in, promotional communications.

We value your trust and do not sell your personal information. We may share the information we collect in the following specific situations:
With Service Providers: We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. This includes our providers for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting.
For Legal Reasons: We will disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
Business Transfers: In the event that we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
While our Service does not use "cookies" directly in the traditional web-browser sense, the third-party code and libraries integrated into our App (such as Google Analytics and AdMob) may use "cookies" or similar technologies like mobile SDKs to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these through your device or browser settings. Please note that opting out may limit your ability to use some portions of our Service.
