Double Happiness

I have my mom to thank for this one. This quilt took about 6 years to make, and is my most recent finished project (Sept 2017). She got the kit from the Fat Quarter Shop using Kate Spain's Good Fortune collection. It was a bit of a new challenge for me because I don't usually do patterns that aren't squares! I loved the prints and the finished project (finally!) looks gorgeous. It was also the first time for me to try some free-motion quilting on my borders!
