Kibble Connection is MDSPCA's pet food pantry and volunteer organization that provides pet food to those in need and volunteer opportunities to those wanting to help. Kibble Connection prioritizes distributing aid to senior, disabled, and/or homebound citizens. They partner with Meals on Wheels Maryland and B-More Dog.
Kibble Connection operates by appointment only.
Hours of operation are the first four Saturdays and the last Wednesday of each month (If a month includes a fifth Saturday, the pantry will be closed on that day).

This list was compiled by MDSPCA. Unfortunately, some of the links are no longer live, but the active links are included on this "Resources by Need" list. Each of these locations are also linked on the county pages in "Resources by County".
And here is BARCS's list of Pet Food Pantries in MD. It is a little less comprehensive than MDSPCA's but it is up-to-date as far as I can tell. It also includes amazing information about the process by which the pet food makes its way to people in need, and how individuals can apply to receive this aid. BARCS also has their own internal pet food pantry that is operating currently.
As with MDSPCA's list of pet food pantries, some of these links have not been updated since COVID, but any active links are included on this page.
