1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using QuickICT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the application.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, QuickICT is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. No part of the app or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include:
  • Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or   directory. 
  • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the application.
  • Sharing your account access or login credentials with any third party.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

7. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING
The Services may contain third-party advertisements and links to third-party websites. These advertisements are managed by third-party service providers (such as Google AdMob). We do not provide any warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, legality, or content of such advertisements. Your interaction with any third-party advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Services.

8. DIRECT ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS (FOR TEACHERS & INSTITUTIONS)
​By advertising with QuickICT, advertisers (teachers/institutions) agree to the following:

​• Ranking System: Ad placement and ranking are determined by user engagement and feedback metrics within the app. We do not guarantee a specific fixed position for any advertisement.
• Inquiries: Teachers and institutions interested in advertising with us may reach out via our official WhatsApp or Email channels to discuss potential promotional opportunities.
• ​Content Responsibility: Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and copyright of the content provided in their banners. QuickICT reserves the right to remove any advertisement that contains misleading information or violates our community standards.
• Recommendations: The "Ranking" shown in the app is a reflection of user interactions and does not constitute a formal endorsement or recommendation by QuickICT of any specific tutor or institution.

9.  STUDENT LEADERBOARD & RANKINGS

QuickICT features a public student leaderboard/ranking system based on study engagement, quiz scores, and z-scores. By participating in interactive features, you explicitly agree that your display name and score/rank can be visible to other registered users within the application. If you wish to opt out of the leaderboard display, you can contact us at sjsynthetix@gmail.com.
