By creating an account or using Questz you agree to these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Questz
("the App"), operated by Ethan Ford ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Questz you confirm you are at least
4 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent
or legal guardian to use the app.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when creating your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these Terms at any time without notice.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE — QUEST PHOTOS

When posting proof photos on Questz you agree that your
content will NOT:
- Contain nudity, sexual content or explicit material
- Depict violence, gore or self-harm
- Show illegal activities or drug use
- Include hate speech, harassment or bullying
- Violate the privacy of others (e.g. posting photos of
people without their consent)
- Infringe on any copyright or intellectual property
- Contain spam, advertisements or promotional material
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Include personal information of others without consent
You must only post photos that are genuinely related to
completing the quest. Fake or misleading proof photos
violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any
account that violates these guidelines without notice or
refund of any coins or purchases.

4. USER GENERATED CONTENT

By posting photos or other content on Questz you:
- Confirm you own the content or have the right to post it
- Grant Questz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to
display your content within the app
- Understand that public account content may be visible
to all Questz users
- Take full responsibility for the content you post
We do not claim ownership of your content. We are not
responsible for content posted by other users.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the app
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Harass, bully or threaten other users
- Use automated bots or scripts
- Attempt to manipulate streaks, XP or leaderboards
- Sell or transfer your account to another person

6. COINS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Questz coins are virtual currency with no real-world value.
They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between
accounts, or refunded.
Coins earned or purchased are tied to your account and will
be lost if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

7. IN-APP PURCHASES
----------------------------------------------------------------
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's
own Terms of Service. We do not store payment information.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple
according to their refund policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
----------------------------------------------------------------
Questz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Any content posted by users that violates these Terms
- Loss of data, coins or progress due to technical issues
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Actions taken by other users on the platform
By using Questz you acknowledge that user generated content
is the sole responsibility of the user who posted it. We
are not responsible for monitoring all content but will
act on reports of violations.

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you see content that violates these Terms please report
it immediately by emailing:
questz.support@gmail.com
Include a description of the content and the username of
the user who posted it. We will review all reports and
take appropriate action.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any
account that violates these Terms at our sole discretion
without prior notice or compensation.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
at questz.support@gmail.com

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of
Questz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.
