Apply directly to your program of interest.
Fill out our NON-QC Google Form Application
Apply for an ePermit
Obtain signatures on your ePermit Course Approval Form then send it to us
Submit the following documents in one email to studyabroad@qc.cuny.edu:
Subject Line: NON-QC Program- Your First Name Last Name- Semester Year
Acceptance Letter
Flight Itinerary
Color Copy of Passport
ePermit Course Approval Form - This form is needed to ensure that your classes and credits will transfer over to Queens College
CUNY-Mandated International Insurance: The CUNY school hosting your program will purchase this for you. Send it to us once they do.
Apply for Visa- The CUNY school will help you with this. This is a very quick process.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON FINANCIAL AID:
If you receive Financial Aid, you must make an appointment with Lisa Moy-Medina Lisa.Moymedina@qc.cuny.edu to discuss your Financial Aid Package.
There are certain documents that you will need to submit to her.
