We’re offering a series of FREE, one-on-one virtual consultations for students with IEPs or 504 Plans and their families. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for additional support, this is an opportunity to get personalized guidance from transition experts during a key spring planning window. These Consultation Days were added in response to strong demand for this service at the November 2025 Citywide Transition Summit.

What to expect at the Spring 2026 Transition Consultation Days:

One-on-one, 30-minute virtual consultations with transition experts and organizations specializing in postsecondary education, college access, adult services, employment, advocacy, and community support

Personalized support on college and postsecondary pathways, employment, OPWDD and adult services, IEP transition planning, and life after high school

Flexible scheduling across two sessions — including weekend and evening hours — to fit your family's availability
