Young Princess Scarlett took on her greatest moment of her life — her first day of school — leading herself to a bunch of new adventures. But as she realised the reality of the secondborn law through her six years that she had been schooled, she knew never to stand with the laws again.

Nearly six years later, disaster struck within the kingdom of Sovaryn. When King Elliot laid lifelessly within his chambers that night, the authority landed unexpectedly.
“Therefore, by the power destined in me, I pronounce that from this day forward, Her Royal Highness shall ascend to the throne.”
Now, the kingdom was in the hands of a damsel in dismay: in a moment she didn’t prepare for, hearing the fate she never dared to imagine, with the power she was never destined to receive.
Would Scarlett be able to reshape the kingdom, or will Sovaryn fall into the void of destruction?

To create a strong opening, you need to attract readers into the story within the first few sentences. Reading some of the best-selling books really helped with creating four strong opening paragraphs.
