一、研習中文簽證介紹

1.   FR停留簽證(研習中文)：

效期天數分為60或90天， 分單次及多次入境。到期日前15天內可至移民署辦理簽證延長，至多可延長至180 天。持落地簽證或免簽證入境台灣者，無法辦理簽證延長。

• 請於停留簽證到期1周前，線上填寫申請表，並於填寫時間至中心領取「註冊在學證明及出席紀錄」，並前往移民署延長簽證。60天者可延期兩次、90天者可延期1次。

• 申請地點：移民署

2.  居留證：

• 在台學習華語超過120天並註冊(完成繳費)3個月以上者，可於 上課後120至159天內至移民署網站申請居留證。

• 請於停留簽證到期3周前，線上填寫申請表申請「註冊在學證明及出席紀錄」。

二、簽證相關注意事項：

1.  以研習中文為由之簽證最長期限為轉換居留證後2年，期滿須離開台灣。

2. 上課出席紀錄：是申請簽證的重要文件，會影響簽證的通過與否。缺席超過1/4上課總時數，將導致簽證延長申請不通過。

3. 本中心不會因為任何理由更改學生實際出席時數(包含遲到、病假)。

4. 一對一付費補課：600NTD/小時，需於簽證到期前完成補課。

5. 以上簽證延簽、居留簽證及居留證相關申請文件或流程問題，請參考中心簽證網頁。請注意，簽證等事項須學生自己注意辦理日期，本中心不負責提醒，也不負責您延誤辦理之責任及個人計畫改變或您個人疏忽所引起的問題。

I. Introduction for Chinese Learning Visa

1.  FR Visitor Visa 

is divided into single entry or multiple entry in either 60-day or 90-day duration. FR Visa extension can be applied within 15 days before the expiry date at National Immigration Agency (NIA) for a maximum stay of up to 180 days. Landing Visa or Visa free holders cannot do the Visa extension.

2. ARC

• After holding FR Visa and studying Chinese for 120 days with an enrollment of more than three months (complete the payment), you may apply (during 120 days to 159 days) for ARC at National Immigration Agency's website.

• Please fill out online form for the attendance record and come to CLC office on your planning date 3 weeks before your Visa expiry date.

II Visa Related Notification

1. FR Chinese Learning ARC can ONLY be extended for up to 2 years, the ARC holder must leave Taiwan after two years.

2. Attendence Record is important for Visa extension application. Being absent for more than1/4 of the total course hours may disqualify you from getting extension.

3. Chinese Language Center would not revised your actual attendance hours for any reason (inculding being late and sick).

4. One on One Make up Class: 600NTD/Hour. The make-up class should be done before visa extension application.
