1.  申請簽證延長之前三個月上課缺席時數達總上課時數四分之一以上者不得延長簽證 。

2. 和中心辦公室申請註冊在學證明及出席紀錄，

• 請於每日下午三點以前完成填表 (可於隔日上午9:00以後於辦公室領取)。

• 若週一要領取資料，請於週五下午三點以前。

※恕不接受當日申請。

1. Applicants who have been absent over a quarter of total class hours during the 3 months prior to the time of application are not eligible for visitor visa extension

2. Apply for Registration certificate/Status confrimation/ Attedance Record, 

• please fill out the applying form before 3 pm everyday 

(You may get the document next day after 9:00 am at the office). 

•  If you need the document on Monday, please fill out by last Friday 3pm.

※ Same-day application is not accepted.

• 毎日3時前完成してください（次の日朝9：00後事務室で受け取るができる）。
