申請條件：

1. 在華語中心上課滿4個月並註冊3個月以上

步驟：

1. 陽明醫院完成健康檢查

2. 準備好居留證上傳必備文件

3. 與第2點同時之間，寄送email至mandrain@gm.scu.edu.tw，申請註冊在學證明及出席紀錄

4. 至移民署網站上傳必備文件，申請居留證

5. 10天後上移民署網站下載居留證

申請方式：

上傳必備文件：

1. 護照

2. 停留簽證

3. 2年內脫帽2吋彩色照片 

4. 三個月內健康檢查合格證明 

5. 註冊在學證明及出席紀錄：請上本中心表單填表申請

6. 居住地證明(租屋契約、水電費帳單等)

※住宿楓雅樓者，請上本中心表單填表申請

7. 申請費用：2,200NTD+1,000NTD (1年效期)

註：日後如更換居住地處所，須於15日內辦理地址變更。逾期未變更將產生罰款。

Applicant Qualification:

1. Study at Chinese Language Center for 4 months and enroll for more than 3 months.

Steps: 

1. Finish Health Check at Yang Ming Hospital 

2. Prepare the required documents

3. At the same time as point 2., fill out the CLC form(Choose ARC) for the Registration certificate/Status confirmation/ Attendance Record. ( Please fill out the form for the documents application)

4. Upload the required documents to the National Immigration Agency's Website for ARC application.

5. After 10 days, go back to the NIA website to download your ARC.

Required Documents:

1. Passport 

2. FR visitor-visa 

3.  Passport-size color photos (2” X 2”) (within 2 years without cap or hat)

4.  Health Check Certificate (within 3 months)

5. Registration certificate/Status confirmation/ Attendance Record:  Please fill out the form for the document application

6. Household Certificate. ex: Residential Lease Agreement, water bill/electricity bill 

※ For those who live in the CLC dorm, apply for the certificate by filling out the form for the document application

7. Applying Fee：2,200NTD+1,000 NTD /year

Note: If you change your address after applying, you should go to the Immigration Agency to change the record within 15 days. The one will be fined if you exceed 15 days after moving place.

申請資格：

手続きの流れ：

1. 健康検査は陽明病院で完成する。

2. ARC申請必要な書類を準備する。

3. 2点とともに事務室のフォームを入力して、在学証明書、出席記録、登録証明書を申請する。居留證を選ぶ。(表單申請)

4. 移民局のWEBで、必要な書類をアプロードして、ARCを申請する。

5. 申し込み後10日くらい、移民局のWEBで、電子ARCをダウンロードしてください。

必要な書類：

1. パスポート

2. 停留ビザ

3. 2インチ×2インチの証明写真　（2年以内）

4. 健康診断書 (3か月以内)

5. 在学証明書/出席記録/登録証明書::表單申請

6. 賃貸契約書 (まだ水道料・電気代の領収書)

※ 楓雅樓の居住者は事務室で申請する　申請方法：表單申請。

7. 申請費：2,200NTD+1,000NTD/年

※ 住所を変わる場合は、15日以内、移民署で変わってください。日付を超えると罰金が発生します。
