Welcome to Quantra. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Quantra mobile application, products, features, and services provided by Hoang Ho. By downloading, accessing, or using Quantra, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quantra. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Quantra is a Pokémon card deal calculator and trade-analysis tool that allows users to:

• Calculate profit margins, trade values, and cash equivalents

• Track deals and save transaction history

• Export trade history (Quantra+ users)

• Access referral rewards

• Use additional features through Quantra+

Quantra is not affiliated with Pokémon, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company.

3. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account. When registering:

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful information

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

• You agree not to share your account or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription (Quantra+)

Quantra offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription (“Quantra+”) that unlocks premium features, including:

• Unlimited items per deal

• Unlimited history storage

• CSV export compatible with Excel

• No ads

• Access to new premium features as they are released

4.1 Billing & Renewal

• Your iTunes/App Store account is charged after purchase confirmation.

• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple via App Store support. Developers cannot issue refunds.

5. Referral Program

Quantra provides optional referral rewards:

• Every 3 successful Quantra+ referrals may earn you 1 free month

• Fraudulent, duplicated, or self-referrals are not allowed

• We reserve the right to adjust or terminate the referral program at any time

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use Quantra for illegal purposes

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

• Upload harmful or fraudulent data

• Abuse the referral system

• Attempt unauthorized access to servers or systems

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Data & Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here:

By using Quantra, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, and features of Quantra are owned by Hoang Ho and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quantra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of profit or pricing calculations

• Uptime or uninterrupted service

• That features will meet every user’s expectations

Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Financial losses

• Data loss

• Damages resulting from inaccuracies or misuse of the App

• Loss from trading decisions influenced by the App

Your Pokémon-related buying, selling, and trading decisions are your responsibility.

11. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may update features, functionality, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of Quantra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraud

• Misuse of the subscription or referral program

• Actions that harm the App or other users

You may stop using the App at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
