Quantra is developed by Hoang Ho. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Quantra.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Account Information (Optional)

If you choose to create a Quantra account, we collect:

• Name (optional)

• Email address

• Password (encrypted and never visible to us)

This account allows syncing of:

• Referral codes

• Quantra+ subscription status

• Settings

• History entries (if you are a premium user)

1.2. App Usage Data

We may collect anonymous information about how you use the app, including:

• Features accessed

• Crash logs

• Performance metrics

This data does not include personal information and is used only to improve the App.

1.3. History Entries

Your deal calculations and saved history are stored locally on your device unless you are logged into a Quantra account, in which case premium users may sync data to the cloud.

Free users are limited to 20 stored entries.

1.4. Subscription & Payment Information

All payment processing is handled securely by Apple’s App Store.

We never receive or store:

• Your credit card number

• Billing address

• Payment details

We only receive a confirmation from Apple that:

• A subscription has been purchased

• A subscription is active, canceled, or renewed

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Enable sign-in and sync features

• Manage your Quantra+ subscription status

• Provide referral tracking

• Improve app performance and stability

• Offer customer support

• Maintain security and prevent fraud

We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1. Local Storage

Free user data and history entries are stored only on your device.

3.2. Cloud Storage (Firebase)

If you create a Quantra account, your user information is stored securely using Firebase Authentication and Firestore.

We use:

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

• Secure password hashing

• Restricted database rules

3.3. Data Retention

• Free users: only 20 most recent history entries are kept.

• Premium users: history is retained indefinitely unless manually deleted.

• Account data (name, email) is retained until you delete your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Quantra uses the following services:

• Firebase Authentication (for login)

• Firebase Firestore (for storing subscription status, referrals, history sync)

• Apple In-App Purchases (for Quantra+ subscription)

5. Children’s Privacy

Quantra is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us immediately.

• Correction of inaccurate information

• Deletion of your account

• Removal of synced history
