Viewing the calendar is public on the Internet so do not share directly Zoom passwords or personal details such as email, and addresses etc.

Sensitive information like this can be put in the document at http://bit.ly/pirusefulinfo which only members of the quakersinrubgy Google Group can access. In the (public) event description in the calendar, put in only a link to the sensitive information, not the information itself. For example: "Zoom details at http://bit.ly/pirusefulinfo"
