You may withdraw consent via 'Settings,' but data will be retained for 180 days in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
2. Application Services
The application facilitates the search and purchase of used car parts.
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the user within the agreed period.
All orders are subject to availability and may be canceled or modified if the product is unavailable.
Delivery takes between 24 to 48 hours depending on price, location, and product scarcity.
Delivery fees vary based on location.
Users may return items within 24 hours of receipt with a valid reason.
The application is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, disasters).
Users must verify part specifications before ordering. The application does not guarantee that all parts will meet the user's needs.
3. Account Management
Users are responsible for maintaining their login credentials.
Any breach must be reported immediately via email: qtah.application@gmail.com.
Using accounts for unlawful activities, including creating fake accounts, is strictly prohibited.
4. Illegal Use
The application's design, logo, and intellectual property rights are protected by law.
Modification or reproduction of any part of the application without written permission is prohibited.
Violations will be addressed in accordance with the Anti-Cybercrime Law.
5. Electronic Security
The application undergoes periodic security scans.
Users are responsible for damages resulting from negligence in securing their devices.
6. Financial Transparency
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include a 15% value-added tax (VAT).
Prices are updated based on market conditions, with users notified before order confirmation.
7. Data Processing
The application collects user data (name, address, purchase value) to enhance user experience.
Data is only shared with licensed delivery companies or government agencies upon official request.
Users may request data correction or deletion via email: qtah.application@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 14 working days.
8. Conflict Resolution
Disputes are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
9. Updates to Terms
Users will be notified of modifications via email or within the application at least 30 days before implementation.
Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Final Notes
User data is stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection System.
Users will receive a registered mail notification 15 days before any modifications.
