QSTP Instructions

• Allotments for all the QSTPs have been done. Please see the home page for more instructions.
• The last date for applications is now over. Allotments are completed. The projects have commenced from 20th May.
• The form asks the participant to select minimum of 4 preferences. This is due to limited number of seats in each QSTP.
• One student can take up a MAXIMUM of 2 projects only. If one of the projects is a non-technical one (like Sound Mixing, Intro to Japanese language, etc), 3 projects MAY be allotted.
• Each QSTP duration is 5 to 7 weeks. However, certain projects with more extensive content can extend to over 8 weeks as well. All projects shall end before the last week of July.
• Projects will be conducted on these platforms- WhatsApp, Slack or Google Classroom depending on the projects.
• Each project will have a handout that will be shared before the start of the project.

CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Certificate will be given by Quark 2020 and will be sent via an e-mail. Please make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly.
• The Certificate of Completion/Participation will be given to each and every participant for the project. However, the participant should have shown interest/should have participated in the discussions and most importantly, he/she should submit the assignments in the respective project(s).
• The Certificate of Excellence will be given to only the top performers within each QSTP. The decision of the mentor will be final and the mentor will lay out the rules for this criteria during the course. Generally, the top performers in the end-project assignment are awarded with these certificates.
