These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application Qr Code & Barcode Scanner (the “App”) published by Vedep Mobi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.
Before you publish: replace zarkarsopport@gmail.com with your real support email. After you create the Privacy Policy page on Google Sites, paste that page’s URL into the Privacy Policy sentence in section 14.
The App lets you, among other things:
Scan QR codes and barcodes with the camera or from a photo you select.
Generate QR codes and barcodes from text, URLs, Wi-Fi details, contacts, and similar content.
View, copy, share, search, save images of, and keep a local history of codes.
Take follow-up actions such as opening a link, connecting to Wi-Fi, calling, messaging, or adding a contact, using other apps on your device.
Features, ads, and limits may change through app updates or remote configuration. We may offer a free version with advertisements and usage limits, and a paid unlimited plan.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
You must comply with Google Play’s terms and all applicable laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your own lawful use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
Rent, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App.
Bypass ads, usage limits, license checks, or security features.
Use the App to build a competing product using our branding or non-public materials.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the App in any way that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vedep Mobi and its licensors. The App name, logo, and related marks belong to us or our licensors.
You are solely responsible for:
How you use scanned or generated content.
Checking that a QR code or barcode is trustworthy before opening links, joining Wi-Fi, sending money, logging in, or sharing personal data.
Content you type into the generator, including Wi-Fi passwords, contact details, and messages.
Keeping your device secure and controlling who can open the App or its history.
Any charges from your mobile operator (data, SMS, calls) when you use related features.
QR codes can be used for phishing, malware, fake Wi-Fi, payment fraud, and other scams. The App decodes what is printed or displayed; it does not guarantee that the destination is safe. We are not responsible for websites, files, payments, Wi-Fi networks, or other services you reach after a scan.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Commit fraud, phishing, unauthorized access, or distribution of malware.
Generate or scan codes that impersonate others, spread illegal content, or harm minors.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, ads, billing, or related services.
Automate abusive mass scanning or generation in a way that overloads or misuses the App or partner services.
Misrepresent a relationship with Vedep Mobi .
The free version may show third-party advertisements, including banners, full-screen interstitials, rewarded videos, and ads when you return to the App. Ads are provided by partners such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and Start.io. We do not control every ad creative. If you believe an ad is inappropriate, you may report it through the ad network’s tools where available, or contact us.
Tapping an ad may open another app or website. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy policies. Rewarded ads: you must watch the video to the end as required by the ad network to receive the extra chance or benefit described in the App.
Optional purchases are sold through Google Play Billing.
The Unlimited plan is a one-time in-app product intended to remove the free-try limit and ads, as described in the Play Store / purchase screen at the time of purchase.
Price is shown by Google Play and may vary by country and tax.
Purchases are charged to the Google account used on the device.
We may restore a valid purchase on the same Google account when Play Billing reports it.
The plan is licensed to you, not sold as a transfer of ownership of the App.
Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. Request a refund through Google Play, not through the App. We do not promise a refund except where Google or applicable consumer law requires one.
Buying the plan unlocks the then-current unlimited scanning/generating experience and ad removal described at purchase. We may still update, add, or retire features, change ad networks for users who have not purchased, or discontinue the App. If we discontinue the App, access may end when the App is no longer available on your device or in the store.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including for maintenance, legal, security, or business reasons. We may require a minimum app version. Some features need an internet connection (ads, remote configuration, purchases, opening online content). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You authorize us to download and install updates when you update through Google Play. Older versions may stop working.
You retain whatever rights you already have in content you scan or type. You are responsible for having the right to encode, decode, store, and share that content. We do not claim ownership of your scan results or generated payloads.
You grant us a limited permission to process that content on your device solely to provide the App’s features (decode, display, save locally if you enable history, generate images).
The App uses or may open third-party services, including Google Play, Google Firebase, advertising SDKs, search engines you select, maps, phone, email, and Wi-Fi system APIs. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content, or policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Every QR code or barcode will be detected or decoded correctly.
Generated codes will work with every third-party scanner or printer.
Links, Wi-Fi networks, or other actions from a code are safe or accurate.
Ads, analytics, or purchases will always be available in every country or on every device.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, warranties are limited to the minimum required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vedep Mobi AND ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DEVICE SECURITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR FROM SCANNED OR GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS (USD 10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE VERSION, YOU MAY HAVE PAID US NOTHING.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vedep Mobi from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Please read it. By using the App you also acknowledge that policy.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access, refuse updates, or disable features if you breach these Terms, if required by law or Google Play, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use the App after the updated Terms are posted, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or territory in which the developer Vedep Mobi is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at zarkarsopport@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If a court or authority with jurisdiction is required, disputes shall be brought in a competent forum for Vedep Mobi , subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app purchase terms shown by Google Play, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC except as a Google Play listing and use of Google services.
