These Terms govern your use of QR Code Generator ("the app"), published by Revenue Bridge FZCO. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
USE OF THE APP
QR Code Generator lets you generate QR codes from text or URLs you provide, and save or share the resulting images. You are responsible for the content you choose to encode - do not use the app to generate QR codes linking to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or anything that violates applicable law or the policies of the platform you distribute the codes on.
NO WARRANTY
The app is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it working correctly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. QR codes generated by the app should be tested (scanned) before being printed or distributed at scale, since we cannot guarantee every scanning app or device will read every code correctly.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues caused by a QR code not scanning correctly or content you chose to encode.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The app's design, code, and branding belong to Revenue Bridge FZCO. QR codes you generate, and the content you put into them, remain yours.
CHANGES TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS
We may update the app or these Terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the current Terms.
TERMINATION
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app at our discretion.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
