Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is the difference between Manual and Automatic mode?
Manual mode lets you place and edit captions yourself.
Automatic mode (Pro) generates timed captions for you to review and refine.
2) Why is Automatic mode locked?
Automatic caption generation is a Pro feature.
3) I subscribed but Pro is still locked.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
If it still doesn’t unlock, contact us.
4) Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings.
5) Why did export quality options change?
Higher export quality options are available based on your selected plan and source video compatibility.
Troubleshooting
- Restart the app and try again.
- Check your internet connection for Automatic mode.
- Ensure you have available storage before exporting.
- Update to the latest app version.
