Rummage sale net sales-$18,208,19+$790.18(Savers)
Church:
Donuts look low on spent, because of difficult
RCIA-Easter Vigil-unsure of location, but still hold a reception
Propose to unfund Youth ministries- no objection
Quilters-Not buying new materials, using scraps.
Church flowers- Just give Cora the funding for Church flowers(Anna), Pick a holiday to donate for big holiday decor in church(Jody)
Community:
Eliminate giving tree supplies
Reinstate Newman dinner, to help cover food cost.
Waiting for Father to determine community programs
MCS General Expenses:
New line for rummage sale expenses(uhaul, donation to 8th grade)
Increase trivia night start up
School:
Confirmation reception-not here this year, can move money
Education Enrichment-Lego robotics/chess/scholar bowl
Graduation breakfast-We had more expenses last year, so not a drop in budget
Teacher gift- Check written, cashed out, double counted by 2 people.
17 full time teachers, 5 part time-1900 change to $1950
Change total to 7400
Social:
Increase kickball budget, for snacks.
Family formal-unfund
Increase trunk or treat- more candy to give out
