Thank you so much for all you did to have a Spring Carnival. The new games were great, kids loved all of the prizes, all of the activities.
Thank you, too, for purchasing the glasses and snacks for everyone to enjoy on Eclipse Day!
Our fantastic students and families raised $1525 during our Lenten collection to donate to the St. Louis Crisis Nursery
We are getting many PK-3 and PK-4 enrollments along with other grades. I’ll be able to give you a better number at the next meeting.

1st Communion is Sunday, April 7 at the 10 am mass. 2nd graders do not have school on April 8.

Thank you to Liz Stookey and helpers for hosting the reception after Confirmation. It was perfect! Thank you to Mother’s Club/Sodality for providing all of the goodies.
Luck ‘O the Raiders Auction is Saturday!!! A lot of great stuff, tickets are still available. Don’t forget to purchase your free tuition raffle tickets, too.
There is also a chess tournament on Saturday at Holy Trinity.
Spring Pictures will be taken on Monday, March 12. You will receive an email proof of the photo and can decide if you want to purchase any pictures or picture packages. We will also have stations of the cross at 2:30 that day.
5th and 6th grade will go to reconciliation after mass on Wednesday, March 13.
Spring Carnival is Friday, March 15
The final Lenten Fish Fry is Friday, March 15.
The End of the 3rd Quarter is Monday, March 18 and report cards will be available after school on Wednesday, March 20.
Judge Heinz Rudolf will be here on Monday, March 18, to do an internet safety presentation called Worries of the World Wide Web for grades 5-8 and we have stations of the cross at 2:30.
7th and 8th grade will have reconciliation after mass on Wednesday, March 20
Grades 6-8 will be walking to Althoff (weather permitting) to see the spring musical, “Little Shop of Horrors”.
Monday, March 25 is QP Night at Cured and Cultured. We will receive a percentage of all sales that day, so make sure you tell everyone you know to go and eat at Cured and Cultured!
The 8th grade will be attending the Chrism mass on Tuesday, March 26.
We will have our 3rd quarter honors assembly on Wednesday, March 27 at 9 am following mass
The Easter Egg Hunt for grades PK-1 will be Wednesday, March 27 at 2:30 pm on the playground.
Easter Break is Thursday, March 28-Monday, April 1.
I will be going to the NCEA Convention again this year. It is in Pittsburgh, so I will be out of the building April 2-4. I’ll send a report for the April meeting.
A couple of dates to mark on your calendars—Our Spring Concert will be on Thursday, May 9 at 7 pm (includes the band and singing). Graduation is Friday, May 17 at 7 pm and the last day of school this year will be Thursday, May 23 with an 11 am dismissal.

ITBS is completed for this year—answer sheets were sent off this
morning for scoring and results will be
shared at parent/teacher conferences in November.
In October we have:
Intruder Drill at 10 am on October 4. Teachers have gone over
procedures with the kids.
1 st and 2 nd grade is going to the History Museum on October 5
for a display on Community Super Heroes
Young Vincentians Mass is Sunday, October 8. Children’s Liturgy of
the Word has started again so we
encourage all of our families to join us. Only 5 kids there this
week….we need more!!
No School on October 9 for Columbus Day.
Living Rosary is October 11 at 9 am
No School on Friday, October 13 for the Diocesan Teacher’s
Convocation
First Fall Fish Fry is Saturday October 14. Still open spots
available to sign up to work a shift.
ESCAPE program for grades PK-4 on October 16
Bishop McGovern will be here to visit the school on Wednesday,
October 18. He’ll say mass and then
come over to talk to the 8 th grade, 2 nd grade, and other classes
as time allows. He’ll eat lunch here and
then back to the chancery for a meeting.

Busy day on October 25—we have 2 3 rd graders (Harrison Bowie and
Kendal Hoelscher) and a 5 th grader

will be taking the ACRE test in the afternoon.
