All betas are fully functional and rigorously tested on:

• A powerful Cirrus7 Incus (AMD Ryzen 7 8700G) with 64GB of RAM.

• An entry-level NUC (Intel Core i3 Processor N355) with 16GB of RAM.

QJams runs flawlessly on both systems. More memory allows for more creativity with longer tracks and extended video timelines.

Version 2.0

Video is now permanently enabled and visible as just another layer alongside the 12 stereo audio tracks. We now have DAW-quality editing functions, a large 64-state dynamic undo/redo buffer, and numerous quality-of-life improvements. QJams can now be your daily driver.

Behind the scenes, QJams has transformed its monolithic memory allocation into a dynamic, system-aware architecture, further improving speed and resource usage while opening the door for exciting new functionality.

Multitrack mode with 12 tracks, essential audio editing, and a separate video recording mode across two distinct screens.

Version 1.0

Looper mode with a base track, 5 overdubs, and a separate video recording mode. No editing, just play, record, and discover where you can improve your skills.
