Welcome to my website. I am a PhD student at the Department of Management and Technology, Bocconi University. I study how individuals, teams, and organizations behave, focusing on psychological, social, and structural factors that influence workplace dynamics. My current research focuses on leadership, work-family processes, self-determination theory, and remote working. I am currently working with Prof. Remus Ilies in the same department.
I hold an MSc in Social Research Methods and Statistics from the University of Manchester (2023) and a BBA (Honours) in Management of Human Resources from Hong Kong Baptist University (2022).
