Current openings (i.e., funded work for which our lab is actively seeking graduate students or postdocs) are listed below. The Flow Lab only takes on graduate students or postdocs when there is funding to support their research and an adequate stipend. If you have external funding or want to discuss a fellowship application, please contact: qliu@nmsu.edu. Perspective Graduate Students

The Flow Lab currently has funding through a combination of research and teaching assistantships for several students to begin in Fall 2024.  We are looking for motivated students with broad interests in engineering-related fluid dynamics, reduced order modeling, and data science.

Current openings:

• M.S. or Ph.D. candidates in hypersonic flows, multiphase hypersonic flow, and flow controls. The lab has currently secured full funding for those positions.
