I am accepting doctoral students for Fall 2025. Motivated and interested students are welcome to send me a CV.Â
Our research interests include (1) causal inferences under experimental or quasi-experimental studies, (2) longitudinal data analysis, (3) development of causal mediation models and study of existing models, (4) addressing issues in synthesizing effects using multilevel models and multilevel structural equation models, and (5) non-parametric modeling and machine learning algorithms. Our current projects include handling missing data, measurement error, and/or confounding variables in mediation analysis, moderation analysis and meta-analysis. Currently, we are interested in applying machine learning algorithms such as BART for causal modeling and covariate selection.
Our work has been published in Psychological Methods, Multivariate Behavioral Research, Structural Equation Modeling, British Journal of Mathematical and Statistical Psychology, and Behavioral Research Methods.
