How to get to Granada
From Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP).
There are buses from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport to Granada Estación de Autobuses. We advise to purchase the ticket in advance. Bare in mind that the last bus departs from Málaga AGP at 22:45.
Train is also an option, with Renfe Cercanías C1 line connecting Málaga Airport with Málaga María Zambrano station. From there, you can take a train to Granada (last train departs at 20:25).
From the Federico García Lorca Granada Airport (GRX). Buses to Granada city center exit regularly and tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver. There is no night-service.
From the Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD)
Take a bus/taxi/metro/etc to the train station Madrid - Puerta de Atocha
From there, you can take a train to Granada.
How to get to the IAA
The IAA is close to the metro station Hípica (just a 5-min walk). There is a single metro line in Granada, with stops at both the train station (Estación de Ferrocarril) and the bus station (Estación de Autobuses). From any of these stops, just take the metro line towards Armilla and jump off at Hípica.
There are also connections by bus from both stations:
From the train station of Granada, ask for Av. de la Constitución and get on bus LAC to Palacio de Congresos. Get off Palacio de Congresos stop and change to bus S2, direction to Villa Argaz. This bus has a stop right next to the IAA.
From the bus station of Granada, get on bus SN2 to Palacio de Congresos. Get off at the bus stop Tierno Galván - Palacio de Congresos and change to bus S2 to Villa Argaz. The S2 route passes in front of the IAA. Get off at the first stop of Camino Bajo de Huétor Street, and you are only a short walk away.
Granada is a lovely city to walk around in, especially in May, so consider taking your time to walk to the conference - it's worth it!
