Membership

RAD Employees is open to any employee of NOCCCD, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, who is committed to the Mission of the organization. 

RAD Employees Members are those who identify as LGBTQ+; RAD Employees Supporters are those who identify as allies. Both members and supporters must have completed a current membership form (new form required as of 2024 Fall) and have automatic deductions set up for monthly dues ($10/month recommended for full-time members, $5/month recommended for part-time members, and a self-determined amount for allied supporters).

RAD Employees dues fund our annual student scholarship(s). RAD Employees Members are sometimes called upon to provide LGBTQ+ input, information, and guidance to District Leadership and our greater District community. We also hope to build community among LGBTQ+ employees and students across the District, as well as continue the work to make our campuses and District more inclusive.
