Rainbow Alliance of District (RAD) Employees

Mission:

RAD Employees exists to:

• foster community and create a formal network among LGBTQ+ and allied employees.

• provide an opportunity for study and action on issues of importance to LGBTQ+ employees.

• inform and educate the Board of Trustees, faculty and staff, students, and the surrounding community on issues that impact LGBTQ+ employees.

• provide support and mentorship for the LGBTQ+ students of NOCCCD, including an annual student scholarship.

• network with other employees and District entities, as well as external LGBTQ+ groups.
