RAD Employees exists to:
foster community and create a formal network among LGBTQ+ and allied employees.
provide an opportunity for study and action on issues of importance to LGBTQ+ employees.
inform and educate the Board of Trustees, faculty and staff, students, and the surrounding community on issues that impact LGBTQ+ employees.
provide support and mentorship for the LGBTQ+ students of NOCCCD, including an annual student scholarship.
network with other employees and District entities, as well as external LGBTQ+ groups.
