Guest Wi-Fi access will be available for workshop participants at the venue.
The SSID and password will be provided in the conference program booklet distributed at the reception desk.
You can also connect to the wireless network via eduroam if you have an eduroam account.
Oral Presentation
Tutorial Talk Total: 60 min. (Presentation: 50-55 min. + Q&A: 5-10 min.)
Invited Talk Total: 20 min. (Presentation: 15-18 min. + Q&A: 2-5 min.)
Presenters are requested to use their own laptops for their presentations.
As the workshop schedule is tight, please strictly keep to the allotted presentation time.
To ensure smooth transitions, presenters are also requested to check the connection of their laptops in advance.
Poster Presentation
Poster presenters are requested to prepare an A0-size poster in portrait orientation.
Please put up your poster at the location marked with your assigned poster number on the 1st floor of the IAMS main building, near the conference venue.
We kindly ask presenters to remove it by 7:00 p.m. on September 3, 2026 (the end of Day 2).
